P&G Cheer Brand Relaunch

To celebrate the relaunch of iconic Proctor & Gamble detergent brand Cheer, I was given the freedom to design my own marketing campaign for the project. I designed and produced a very successful viral marketing campaign using street-style photographs I took of Chicagoans wearing colorful outfits, drawing upon Cheer’s slogan: “Stay Colorful.” I leveraged my relationships with Chicago’s leading fashion influencers, including socialite and entrepreneur Corri McFadden [pictured above], to secure their participation. I created viewer engagement by asking readers to write on her page’s Facebook wall about why they loved color for a chance to win iPods and Ray-Ban sunglasses provided by Cheer. Over fifty people entered the contest and I generated large amounts of buzz via Twitter, where retweets reached thousands of people.
